§ 3.06. Sketch plan review meeting notification.

The administrator shall hold a technical committee meeting on the sketch plan. Notification of all parties listed as checkpoint agencies shall be notified by certified mail, return receipt requested, or by hand delivery containing the date, time and location of the technical review meeting. The applicant shall be notified of the meeting and is encouraged to attend.
