    Structures having a setback greater than two-hundred (200) feet shall have a minimum driveable width of twenty (20) feet in which a driveway shall be installed. Driveways which cross open ditches or streams must be design and approved for a gross vehicle weight of not less than forty-five thousand (45,000) pounds for emergency vehicles.
