§ 5-161. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Mobile dwelling unit means living quarters such as house trailers, truck bodies, tents, bus bodies, railroad cars, shacks and any improvised shelter which can be moved by tractor, truck, automobile or horsepower, or can be carried, transported or towed from one place to another without the use of regular house-moving equipment.

    Use for living quarters includes such acts as sleeping, preparing meals, bathing, dishwashing, laundering clothing, and any other activity which generates waste materials.
