§ 5-162. Mobile dwelling units within city prohibited.

It shall be unlawful to occupy, maintain or permit to be occupied or maintained any mobile dwelling unit within the corporate limits of the city or within the area lying between the corporate limits of the city and the outer limits of the jurisdictional area thereof as established and delineated by a resolution of the city plan commission and the map which is a part of such resolution, dated September 9, 1963, and recorded September 23, 1963, in the office of the recorder of the county, in Miscellaneous Record 37, at pages 32 and 33 thereof.
