§ 5-193. Delay prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make any unnecessary stoppages or delays upon any street or alley, when removing any building, and in no case shall any such building be allowed to remain overnight within fifty (50) feet of any fire hydrant or cistern, or at any street crossing, and in no case shall such building be allowed to remain upon any one (1) block or square for a longer period than twenty-four (24) hours.
